600g Soluble HIPS Support Material are OEM products direct from the manufacturer to allow you to dissolve the soluable support for hard to access areas.

There are two different types of material to choose from: HIPS or PVA

FlashForge HIPS filament is quickly soluable in a chemical called Limonene. The HIPS is more costly, but is prefered due to heat resistance, moisture resistance, and cleanliness. HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) is a Non-toxic plastic filiment for use when printing in combination with ABS. You will currently need to source D-Limonene elsewhere due to high demand. Please make sure you get the solvent material with at least 80% D-Limonene.

FlashForge PVA filament is quickly soluble in water, bonds well to plastics and prints easy. Therefore it is an excellent supporting material for dual extruder 3d printing. This polyvinyl acetate-based filament is nontoxic and biodegradable once dissolved in water. However, please be aware, this product is not currently supplied due to excessive swelling from the moisture in air. And stock must be kept in air tight containers with moisture removed.
